Since 2025, the number of quality complaints related to transmission filters and oil pan pads has exceeded 200, an increase of35% compared with the same period last year. In a typical case, a consumer purchased an Aisin brand oil pan gasket from JD.com's self-operated store. After installation, the sealing failed, causing oil leakage in the transmission. The repair cost reached 4,488 yuan. Despite multiple communications, no compensation was obtained. Another Taobao user reported that after the poor-quality oil pan pad caused oil leakage, the merchant refused to compensate on the grounds that it had been "used".

Industry insiders point out that the problem accessories mostly have material defects: the rubber pads have insufficient heat resistance, the filtration accuracy of the filter screens does not meet the standards, and some products even lack the original factory certification marks.

The market supervision department reminds consumers to choose compliant products with anti-counterfeiting codes and keep a 3-month warranty certificate after installation.
